Ashland Train Day is held rain or shine. Roads close at 7 AM. Vendors must be inside the event area before 7 AM. Clean up begins immediately following the event at 4 PM. No materials or vehicles may leave the event area after roads are closed.
Food Trucks are charged a $500 fee to cover the costs of event operations.
Exhibitors are responsible for providing all of their own materials, including but not limited to tents, tables, chairs, tools, trash receptacles, and cleaning implements.
Electricity will not be provided. Generators must be quiet. If your generator is deemed too loud, you will be required to shut it down or relocate.
Vendors are responsible for returning their location to the same condition in which they found it, including but not limited to transporting materials and removing trash.
No illegal weapons of any kind or explosives including fireworks, sparklers, poppers, etc. may be present.
Exhibitors are responsible for returning their location to the same condition in which they found it, including but not limited to transporting materials, removing trash, and sweeping floors. No damage or disruption to the location will be tolerated. Failure to cleanup properly and/or damage inflicted to the location will result in a fine of $100 or more.
Vendors selling taxable products, such as food, clothing, and arts & crafts must collect and pay sales tax. Click here for info.
