Chip Jones, a former Richmond-Times Dispatch reporter, will visit Randolph-Macon to give a talk about his book, The Organ Thieves: The Shocking Story of the First Heart Transplant in the Segregated South. This free, public lecture will be held Monday, November 6 at 6 p.m. in the Dollar Tree Community Room of Brock Commons. It is sponsored by the Departments of History, Nursing, Sociology, Anthropology and Criminology, as well as the Black Studies Program, Honors Program and the Office of the Chaplain, with support from CASE.
