The 2024 Startup Business Accelerator offers 12 entrepreneurs the chance to learn from state and local business experts in a five-week Entrepreneur Certificate Course, followed by four one-on-one mentoring sessions to implement what has been learned.
We will also offer accelerator participants coaching for the Center Street Pitch Competition, if desired.

Entrepreneur Certificate Course
10 online videos
6 small group meetings
4 one-on-one mentor meetings
Coaching for the Center Street Pitch Competition
Lifetime access to the online video series and any future updates, thanks to our partner, Startup Virginia
APPLICATION
12 entrepreneurs will be selected to participate in the 2024 Startup Accelerator.
Entrepreneurs with 0-2 years experience in business are eligible to apply.
All entrepreneurs in all industries are welcome to apply. Selection will favor small businesses and women and/or minority entrepreneurs.
All nearby entrepreneurs are welcome to apply. Selection will favor Town of Ashland and Hanover County residents and/or businesses.
In-person participation at 80% of roundtable meetings is required to receive the Entrepreneurship Certificate (see schedule below).
